This year, our group's operation competition adopts the form of "joint competition and internal post training of each enterprise". The "competition and training" of each unit and each post is in full swing.
Our competitions include sewing workshop template group, technical department operation competition, cutting workshop competition, sewing workshop team competition and finishing workshop competition.
Under the leadership of the group, on-the-job training and operation competitions have become traditional activities of our factory every year. Our aim is to continuously improve employees' professional skills, enhance cohesion, improve quality awareness, test lean production results, and enhance corporate image and competitiveness.
