Jiaxin Silk co-develops EU organic-certified mulberry fields and establishes a complete industrial chain covering mulberry plantations, raw silk, fabrics and finished garments. Supported by its self-built industrial internet platform, the company tracks green materials, energy consumption and carbon emissions throughout production, supplying brand partners with verifiable traceability proof of low-carbon raw materials.
Technology fuels green transformation. Partnering with Donghua University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and other academic institutions, Jiaxin Silk conducts in-depth R&D on functional silk fabrics and holds multiple national invention patents. The company has developed washable silk fabric to greatly improve the service life and wearability of silk apparel. Key Technologies & Industrial Application for Multi-functional and Intelligent Integrated Silk Production won the Second Class Prize of Science & Technology Progress Award from China National Textile and Apparel Council. The project Key Technologies and Industrial Application of Multi-link Intelligent Decision-Making for Apparel Flexible Production, jointly developed with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, was awarded the First Class Prize. Digitalization balances sustainability and efficiency. Adopting CLO 3D and Style 3D garment simulation software, Jiaxin Silk applies 3D virtual pattern making, colour matching and printing, cutting fabric consumption by 80% at the product development stage. Continuous investment in intelligent and automated production lines drives higher productivity and manufacturing standards.
Renewable energy underpins our green commitment. Jiaxin Silk operates a 4.5MW distributed photovoltaic system covering around 40,000 ㎡ of factory premises. In 2025, self-generated solar power supplied 90% of the factory's electricity demand, and renewable power accounted for 95% of total power consumption. Energy-saving renovations including high-efficiency transformers and variable-frequency screw air compressors further maximize energy utilization.
Green development builds core competitiveness. In H1 2026, Jiaxin Silk achieved strong growth in export volume, outperforming the industry average. The results come from forward-looking AI digital design and the synergy of three supply chain clusters in Jiaxing, inland China and Southeast Asia.
