1. What is your minimum quantity?
Minimum quantity is 50pcs/size/style, but negotiable.
2: Can I get samples?
Yes, but due to the high cost of a silk pajama or robe, samples cannot be provided for free, and the sample price is US$30-80 per piece, and the shipping fee is US$20-30 depending on its style.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 5-7 days. If using your own design or logo, sample production usually takes 10-15 days plus shipping time 3-5 days.
4. How long is the production cycle?
It takes about 15-20 days for MOQ, rush order can be accepted, with our sufficient production capacity, fast delivery can be ensured even for large quantities.
5. If I want to print my own design, what format of the file do you need?
AI, JPG, PSD, PDF, TIF are all good.
6. How many colors are available?
Silk satin fabrics are available in 90 colors including 16, 19 and 22 monme, 28 colors 30 monme silk satin, 9 colors 40 monme silk satin and other silk fabrics in various colors are available
7. What certificates do you have?
OEKO-100 standard, SGS, INTERTEK and GOTS.
8. What grade is your silk?
All silk products are made of 6A grade 100% mulberry silk.
9. What is your payment terms?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance before shipment.
10. How to order?
Please contact our customer service to confirm the size, color, style, fabric thickness, logo position and other details, you will get a quotation including all costs, delivery time and packaging details, will send you samples that meet your requirements, start after confirmation Bulk order production.
11. How to guarantee the quality?
We will do three times quality inspection, fabric quality inspection, finished pillowcase quality inspection, final inspection when packing. If you still find any defective products, we will provide 100% refund for them.
