Located in Jiaxin silk  park, our industrial basis is a complete ecological industry circulation which consists of the procedures from silkworm cocoon-reeling silk-dyeing & printing-garment manufacturer to accessory material complementary scheme as well as supply of water, gas, and power and wastewater treatment. Nowadays, we are carrying out our certification by environmental management system ISO14001：2004.

    Reeling silk: We have an advanced reeling silk production line which can enable us to manufacture high-grade white steam filature of various specifications.

   Spinning: Through many years’ technical cooperation with foreign enterprises, our soft cladded yarn featured by its coziness and crimple-proof and various silk yarns (including mulberry silk, spun silk, and blended yarn) are widely applied into woven fabric, circular knitting machine, flax knitted goods and many kinds of home-made fabric.

   Weaving: In weaving field, colorful silk weaving for ornament series and type-writer ribbon fabrics series are our typical products. We are the earliest weaving manufacturer to produce typing base-band in Zhejiang province with advanced machines, one of which is Jintianju weaving machine introduced from Japan, specialized in producing high-density typing base-band for making polyamide.

   Dyeing & printing: we have introduced a whole set of advanced techniques and dyeing equipment from abroad so we have the capacity to carry out all procedures in a production line including bleaching, dyeing, printing, finishing. Our printing and dyeing products of medium/ high grade are as follows terylene simulation series, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile fiber, cotton chandar and man-made cotton of which terylene products with carving are our feature products. Concerning production and printing of scarf, we have covered domestic market for medium/top–grade scarf.

   Embroidery: We have introduced advanced embroidering machines used for flat machine embroidery, pearl embroidery, and unification of chains, ropes and pearl from abroad, and we manufacture high-grade silk embroidering products like Taffeta, Doupion silk, georgette etc. with excellent arts and crafts. We produce and process silk fabric embroidering as well as manufactured garment embroidering.

   Garment production: There are circular knitting machine, knitting computer flax and woven fabric systems in our producing enterprise which provides us a big and comprehensive manufacturing scale, so we have the capacity to accept orders from customers home and abroad in the form of general trade or trade in which processing material is provided by the clients. We are also manufacturer of many famous brands. We can provided you with specialized, efficient and proper service which is ensured by our advanced garment production line and modern operation concept and specialized technical strength as well as our pass of quality assurance system ISO9002.

Accessory material complementary scheme:
   We have our own brand matching produced garments and develop our screen printing products. At the same time, we manufacture hardware products for example hardware fitting and subassembly including electric hardware, electronic hardware, electric appliance hardware, bag buckle etc. whose coating and plating are introduced from the advanced production line abroad. Those above-mentioned products are exported all the way to North America, West Europe, Japan etc..

Supply of water, gas, power and wastewater treatment:
   We have a set of services concerning steam, power, industrial water use, pretreatment of industrial waste water and back water treatment, and we have the capacity of supplying 6000t of water, treating 4000t of wastewater per day and in a year we could supply heat of 120,000 t, power of 15,000,000KWh and water of 600,000t with wastewater treatment of 500,000t.
